Waste Pro Schedule
Pick-up day is Tuesday. Place your garbage out by 6 a.m. or the night before to ensure your garbage is picked up. Recycling will be picked up bi-weekly.
Waste Pro will not run on New Year's Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. When any of these holidays fall on or before your scheduled pick-up day, your pick-up day will be rescheduled to the following day, including Saturday.
If your garbage can is damaged or needs to be replaced, please call Waste Pro have a new one delivered to you. This also applies to recycling carts.
The City of Statham does not bill for garbage and recycling. Waste Pro bills directly.
There will be separate trucks for the garbage and recycling. All garbage will be picked up curbside and must be bagged. Do not put ashes, paint, paint thinner or any other building material in or on the can. All carts must be placed no more than two feet from the roadside, and handles must be toward the house with the opening facing the street to allow the arm of the truck to be able to pick up and dump it without requiring the workers to exit the truck.

Newspaper, magazines, phone books, catalogs, cardboard boxes (all packing material such as Styrofoam, bubble wrap, tape, etc., must be removed), food boxes (all interior food liners and food must be removed), shoe boxes, gift boxes, and all boxes of this type, office paper, junk mail, frozen food boxes (not coated), any paper product except paper towel and other hygiene paper products, and no paper plates or cups and no plastic laminated paper.
